That file is kinda important. Let's narrow this down.

600Mhz = 100Mhz FSB
850Mhz = 141Mhz FSB
900Mhz = 150Mhz FSB

My guess is that your hard drive doesn't like running out of spec. Either that or your CPU is overheating.
