Being a pharmacy tech at walgreens -- you can just ask for it at the service counter and the technician should be able to set you up without any hassle on your part. Peace of cake for an experienced tech, takes me about 15 seconds to register and print out your temp card.
EDIT -- forgot to mention that this is totally worth asking for. This card brings many rx retail prices to under half what a "cash" paying customer would be charged.
If for some reason, you get unlucky with your service.. at walgreens... lol no way. j/k. You should tell the tech to look under a plan called "UNARX" which is an even better deal. free and easy as well.
