Well, it’s cooling off, and we had something like 3 billions gallons of rain in a 3 day period, but now it’s all cloudy and depressing out side. Yet it’s not fall like, because it’s still muggy. So I feel…incomplete. I need it to either rain, or be sunny. I don’t do this middle ground stuff.
I’ve been going on a tear of cheapo PS2 games and having a real hit or miss streak with them. God of War I liked. Shadow of Colossus, I don’t. Everyone said how good this game is, but to me, it’s just a series of boss battles and there is never a point of feeling like I did anything other than beat yet another boss. So it’s kind of boring.
Then I picked up Jax and Daxter II, and I’m not really like that one either.
All this is just killing time for the onslaught of games coming out in the next few months, starting with BioShock and Stranglehold, and going on from there. In fact there are so many damn games coming out this fall I can’t even track all the ones I hope don’t suck. I really hate this myth that new games all get pushed to the fall season. It’s ok, I’ll still buy games in the spring. In fact, I do it just as much in the summer as the winter, ok? Are we all settled with that then?
I just can’t handle the pressure, man.
