I hate marketing.
I've been told by Verizon that they disable bluetooth connectivity on all their phones for purposes other than communication with a hands-free set. I didn't know this until after I signed up with them and got a phone, GRRRR. Therefore, no transfer of files (music, pics, contacts info, etc) via bluetooth. Perhaps this would spare me from being blitzed with this ad crap in the future, but that's a high price to pay. I'd really rather NOT have a neutered phone. Verizon blows.
