Following up on the article. I love it when "marketers" think they can throw ads to consumers without adding any value. Those people are retarded and they make all marketers (including me) look bad.
There's a reason why QR codes work. It's because they let consumers get some additional information/content that they need. This idea of bluetooth-spamming your phone is just that, spam. It's like an invasive version of a road sign.
