As long as there are obnoxious ads, Ad blockers will always b around. The only thing a law could do is ban the sale of a product, not the private use of same.
McGreg is right, if the ads weren't so obnoxious, nobody would care.
Also, can the law stop you from blocking some obnoxiuos popup which installs stuff on your PC.
