She may be right, it may have been confirmed
at one point. There are some actions related to changing credit cards, bank accounts, etc. on file that will cause the account to lose confirmed status (and she may not realize it). I confirmed my account a long time ago, but it is no longer confirmed, and the methods to confirm it have changed, so I haven't gotten aroudn to fixing that. I don't even know when I lost the confirmed status, and it isn't obvious unless you go check your profile.
