A Wok full of Fun

Chop and throw these together in a Wok with 3 Tbls. of peanut oil putting the coarsest veggies in first:

Bok Choy
Leek
red,green,yellow,orange bell peppers
celery
carrots
napa cabbage (if you like it)
China peas (snow peas)
bean sprouts
mushrooms (if you like)
squash (if you like)
egg plant chunks
water chestnuts
chunk pineapple

Season with lots Spike, add a little low sodium soy and/or teriyaki
Throw your Asian sensation cream cheese wontons in the oven. Have some rice of your choice. I prefer Uncle Ben's of any flavor. If you want homemade fried rice, just make the rice a day or two before and when you're ready, add eggs, peas whatever makes your mouth water and fry.

I these different Wok pots at least 2-3 times a week. They are so easy and low fat and healthy. they taste good because you only use what you like.
