I like some ham. Reminds me- I should try to get one tonight. Vons has theirs on sale. It really came out delicious for Christmas this year. I covered the ham with dijon mustard and cooked it on a rack in a pan in the oven. Then I removed and sliced the ham and added some orange juice and some pomegranite glaze I picked up a while back at Trader Joes and cooked and stirred that until all the scrapings were disolved and poured that over the ham. Best I have ever had! Like candy!
