Wow! You must be expecting quite a crowd Obie!
Sounds a bit like the Christmas dinner I had with a German family once. Let me see what I can remember. First a dumpling in broth as big as a basball. Then a plate of sausages and wurst with sauerkraut. Next was a turkey with stuffing. Then a ham was trotted out. Might have been something else too. Then big plate of cookies. And this was only for four people (the German couple, my brother and myself)! She must have been cooking for a couple of days- over her woodburning stove.
