I always cook for the family on holidays-it's just easier for everyone to gather here because of the amount of room I have for everyone..sometimes they all show up in shifts but usually we all sit down at the same time. I've had upwards of 40 people sitting down to dinner all at the same time some years!..thanks to the size of my catering kitchen in the basement, it's easy to get everything cooked at the same time!
Oh! and brusell sprouts ROCK!..ESPECIALLY when they're sauteed with a bit of onion and crispy bacon! mmmm
