My mom used to make these oyster sauce noodles that I loved. It was a packet of egg noodles, ground beef, spring onions, vegetable oil and specific brand of oyster sauce. The oyster sauce was key because it was this semi-thick brown liquid that was salty. The company has changed the formula so now it's sweet instead like all the other oyster sauces. Ugh..I've went through many brands and they are all sweet. I'd pay $100 or more right now if I could find a bottle of that stuff.
