If you're counting calories, cold cuts and processed meat is not the way to go. Very high in sodium.

I also found those 100 calorie snack packs are etremely high in sodium.

In addition I've learned that eating either oatmeal or Cheerios, even the Honey Nut will help your cholesterol, I thought it was nonsense, but it works.
