Proper diet will help with cholesterol, but proper diet + exercise will eliminate the problem.
IMHO - eliminate calorie counting, cut back on fatty & processed foods (don't elminate, cut back), & start exercising.
My family has notoriously high cholesterol counts & that forumla has worked for me. I've never been in the 'high' category, but I hover close to it. My doc says it's the exercise that keeps it low.
