Thank you all for the well wishes, it is truly appreciated.

I appreciate the offer to help, but at this point everything is being handled. The US State Department has actually been acting as a liason in dealing with all of the logistical issues related to recovering his body and wrapping up his affairs. From what I have seen they have been indispensible in this matter.

As for what happened, he was riding on the subway to his school. 2 stops from his work he suddenly collapsed and was not breathing. Good samaritans on the subway called 119 (apparently the Korean emergency number) and administered CPR. They managed to get him breathing again before the emergency workers arrived. Sometime during the 10 minute drive to the hospital they lost him and were never able to get him breathing again despite working on him for 30 minutes.

It appears he died of natural causes....

Thanks again for the well wishes.
