yeah, i've been using bankrate.
I actualyl worked on a refi today:

that was through a friend who's used the guy there a lot. and i'm getting 5% on a refi.
But then, i just checked my bank, wachovia, and they have 4.75 on their website, but i don't know how much of a hoax that is becuase they make absolutely no mention on fees.
calling just to make sure.
