I looked at the Katana Eclipse X... and honestly, something about that phone just doesn't sit right with me.
Kyocera made that phone after buying out Sanyo. I've been a Sanyo diehard for the past 5 years, however this new model seems to be a "cheap shell" of the type of quality I expect from a Sanyo cell phone. My current Sanyo M1 has way more "needed" features than the Katana Eclipse X... which looks more like a "flashy gizmo" moreso than a serious phone. I just wish that my M1 had wireless backup, because if it did, I wouldn't even be looking at phones at all.
Man, it really sucks trying to get a new phone, simply because nothing out there really 100% trumps what I got now... however my fear of losing all of my data in my current phone is sorta forcing my hand at moving to something else.
Total suckage...
