yeah, there's no chance his insurance goes up. I've been involved in ~5 not-my-fault accidents in the past few years... my insurance never went up.
check your deductible though. if you had no deductible, then get penske insurance to do it.
if you have a deductible, then just give him the 75 bucks, and be over.
