I know that this is a problem here in Indy... We have "tox drop" days on just the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month... so pretty much if you want to get rid of an old TV or CRT screen you have to wait until then... or else you have to pay a pretty hefty fee to have someone else do it for you.

Honestly, I wish they'd up the number of tox drop days... maybe to at least once a week. But hey, I guess if you want to get it "free" you just have to wait.
