Geez, they dumb this software down so much you can't tweak it at all.
I got an iPhone for work (very grateful for the upgrade from the crapberry) but man I hate iTunes. I go to import my music and there weren't any options on which folder I wanted to pick. So then it grabs over 1200 midis and wav files that are meant for my job. I use different audio editors for them and have no need for it cluttering up a music library.
Then I go to sync, and I don't see anywhere on how to sync specific songs. I can sync by playlist, genre and artist. I just want a few songs by that person, not the whole score. I promise you some Metallica doesn't belong on any ipod.
Any idea how to keep iTunes from getting overzealous? Or am I doomed to being treated like a sheep with no free will of my own?
