in syncing, i just do everything manually. i tell it that i don't want to sync automatically, and that i will do it manually. that seemed to help me.
i still hate apple for ruining my neatly laid out folder structure that I had made. put into my genres/artists (included mixes that were mult artists)/albums.
ruined all that and moved around all of my files into the standard artist/albumb structure. pissed me off so much... it's sitll in a disarray...
