im sure glad i started the what type of camera do you own in the hardware forum about a month ago. my car and a bunch of my neighbors cars were rifle though last night. the cops caught the kids or some of them and know who they all are. i recovered my garmin 550 gps and kodak Z710 camera. i was able to use the forum to remember the model of my camera. im greatful all im out right now is $28 for a dash mount. i use on my garmin that is still missing. nice thing about GPS units most if not all have a home option . that was the reason i was able to get it back so easly. also who keeps track of product serial no. i personally dont except when i need a warrienty. my GPS was a warrienty exchange so even do i have the factory box the no. do not match any more. and the cameria i don't have the box it went long a go.
im just glad no insurance claim or real loss for me this time .but i will keep my cars locked from now on.
