I love that stuff. When I lived in HI I went to a place in Waikiki at least once a week for Pho Tai. The chef, a lady who owns and runs the shop, was like my mom away from home. Her prices were awesome for Waikiki and HI in general. She had the best broth. I always went sans hoisin and sriracha sauces when ate at her restaurant b/c her broth was awesome and it was MSG free. She was very proud of her broth. Unfortunately, her broth spoiled me and I have not found a place in DC that comes close to her Pho or the other Vietnamese dishes that she makes. If anyone is in the area or going to the Waikiki area, I can let you know the name of the place.
I think I am going to get some Pho for lunch today.
