It is pronounced like "fuh" like what the fu** minus the ck. I think there is a chain called "What the Pho" out West.

Pho 75 will give you the meat rare if you ask for it. My co-workers asks for it rare all the time but it's not served on the side just in the middle on top of the pile.

I brought a lunch today but maybe I should skip out for Pho instead since it's damn cold out today.
