I'm
not totally positive what this is, to be honest, but I couldn't resist picking one
up. It's a Farberware branded knife, but it's not on their site. However,
the blade is made with VG10, a high end stainless steel that most Shun knives are
built on. The handle is Pakkawood, and D-shaped, like most Shun. The
price of about 15 clams is far FAR below what most Shun command though. If
you want shipping to your house, it's $4.97, otherwise shipping to the store is
FREE.
