Well the mold damage is bad. $1800. They are going to have to cut out the affected wood pieces based on the photos I sent them.
So far I'm in for $3600 + $1800 + Emergency Plumber call ($300)
It's going to bread and water for me a very very long time. I'm screwed. I'm going to cut cable TV, eat even less than I do now (I skip breakfast), rinse and reuse, and more ramen. I'll keep internet and instant tea. Maybe buttered flavored rice.
Ugh. I'm going to redo mu budget and do some close to the bone cuts. I ****ing hate my home. I don't think the HOA cover the potential wood rot and mold for the structure.
