I've been researching the greater Los Angeles area for new housing developments and older homes/condos/townhouses for sale. Before I head to a realtor, I wanted to research the market online.

I have visited some of the bigger websites such as:

Realtor.com
Homestore.com

I was wondering if anybody knew of other websites that had property listings for sale.
