I remember that movie "The Boiler Room" , and they would give stock advice through a form like this, where XYZ company was about to make a big discovery or something. Whatever they were doing, it was illegal. Is posting news statements (depends whether they are public or private I guess) like this "insider trading" or something else illegal?
