Anyone ever heard of
this guy? He is on the radio and has a newsletter in which he tells readers exactly what mutual funds to buy and sell, and when. His track record looks pretty stellar, including telling readers to move completely out of stocks and into bonds in March 2000.
His newsletter is spendy, $185 per year. But if the info is good, the price might be worth it.
