I just bought Iiyama 19" flat screen and I'm very happy with the quality. <a href=www.iiyama.com>Iiyama</a> If you want high quality, you couldn't go wrong with Sony. But you have tight budget, ViewSonic (Mitsubishi tube) and KDS (Sony tube). However, beware the quality and customer service of KDS. They don't have quite good reputation around here.
