Question

i am running the inno3d geforce2mx 32mb on a abit kt7-raid with duron 650, 128mb infineon pc133. when playing counter-strike (god bless the soul of gooseman) i find that it's a bit jittery.... almost like the environment is vibrating as i focus on a stationary object and strafe around it while still looking at that object. i am using nvidia's 6.31 detnator drivers and the game is played at 800x600 using openGL. i tried using direct3D at the same resolution to the same result. this happens even when played at 640 resolution. it says that i am getting 71fps which i figure should be pretty good, but i always imagined that 71 would look a lot smoother. is this how it is supposed to be? is this normal? any feedback to this very jumbled question would be greatly appreciated.
