It depends on what bios your running right now and whether the bios offers anything for you to gain by updating
GrimReepr. Some bios allow you to use faster cpus with that motherboard.
You can read the last two letters on the bottom right of the first boot-up screen (with the "Energy Star" logo) to recognize what the BIOS ID number you have.
Just be warned there are 2 differnet versions of the BEII-6 each with its own bios.
