Keyshawn Johnson is an exception; he was cocky but changed for the benefit of his new team (Dallas) and isn't as cocky as he was.
TO will never change. He's played for 2 teams and been the same way with both teams.
...and sorry, no, he won't go to the Bears. Bears are a run-heavy team and their QB isn't the caliber that a loudmouth like TO would play for. Not only that but most of the Bears team would probably beat the crap out of TO for running his mouth.
