I would've just installed IE7 beta 2; I've been running it without any problems for weeks now.

If she has popups even with a popup blocker running (I see Google Toolbar obviously) then they're either a) "after the page loads" popups (the new problem) or b) there's spyware on that computer; time for some maintenance. :)

yea she uses aohell for email...shes had the email address since ..... 1996? so its tough but we need to get current.
