I'm building a new machine, and I'm looking to keep it cheap. I'd like a decent monitor though, since a crappy monitor can ruin the best machine ...
+ refurb is fine
+ 1600x1200 resolution minimum (can be 17" and up)
+ under $200 (I don't want to get screwed on the shipping either)
