I cannot stress this enough. If you`re buying things online or via catalog, you really got to use this card. Return Protection lets you return a covered item purchased with the Card [ even if you purchased it online ] when the merchant won`t take it back. Just contact AMEX within 90 days of the purchase, and you will be credited for the full purchase price, up to $300 per covered item, up to $1000 per year. So, if you order something and it turns out not exactly like you want it, just return it via American Express. I personally love it for the price protection.
