I cannot stress this enough. If you`re buying things online or via catalog, you really got to use this card. Return Protection lets you return a covered item purchased with the Card [ even if you purchased it online ] when the merchant won`t take it back. Just contact AMEX within 90 days of the purchase, and you will be credited for the full purchase price, up to $300 per covered item, up to $1000 per year. So, if you order something and it turns out not exactly like you want it, just return it via American Express. Apex loves it for the price protection.
