WinME, The Final Word?

So I went out and bought the WinME upgrade, but I'm holding out on installing it. I did some research and found that there seems to be NO compelling reason to upgrade and in fact WinME SLOWS DOWN some windows apps. Heck, my Win98 Plus! pack seemed to offer more new features!

So here's my question, should I upgrade or not? Is there any good reason to?

If you're not having major problems with your 98 setup, don't bother. Especially since ME forces you to use that crap media player 7 and ie 5.5.
