Recommend a Game?

I'm bored with Diablo 2 already. I'm looking for another game to get addicted to...I like fantasy games and strategy games - any suggestions? Thanks!

i still think x-com is one of the best games to play, but after you beat it once...it loses a lot of entertaining ability.

oh yeah, and there is always worms:armageddon, which is a great game to fill up a few months....especially once you kick it into gear with multi-player...

I've heard from friends that Ground Control is really good. It's also been received pretty well by different game sites.

Baldur's Gate is great! Over 200 hours of play time! Icewind Dale is the same.

Star Trek New Worlds really really sucks so stay far away from it. However, the FPS game Star Trek Elite Force is something to see! It's incredible, fun, and a must play. One of the gaming magazines said it was the best tv show/movie to game conversion EVER.

C&C Red Alert is really fun, but dated. However, don't bother with Tiberian Sun, it's not as good.

Deus Ex is one of the BEST GAMES EVER MADE! It's immersive, well balanced, unique, and FUN! A serious must have.

Ground Control is very good, but not unique. It's only for Strategy fans who can't wait for anything else.

Among other games to consider:

Metal Gear Solid - a PSX port, Microsoft took the shoddy PSX graphics and pumped them up. It is by far one of the games to get. However, if you played MGS on the PSX a lot, you might want to pass as there's nothing much that's new OTHER than the amazing graphics.

NHL 2001 - supposedly a great hockey game made better.

Rainbow Six Covert Ops - this is a stand alone that includes a lot of the previous releases. Though I haven't played it, if you never played Rainbow six, you NEED to get this.
