I personally have the iPAQ 3975, which is basically the 3955, but with integrated Bluetooth and a little more memory. The new screen is beautiful, but the iPAQ are the most expensive of the bunch. The Toshiba e740 is highly recommended for its value. The e740 comes with integrated WiFi and swapable battery.
