Ok, this is how this deal works. Bestbuy has the DVD ROM on sale for $59.99 with 2 $20 rebates, one from BUSlink and one from Bestbuy, but somehow, Bestbuy only has one rebate online. So you could only get it for $19.99 if you buy this in the store, or you can get it online for $39.99. Both of the rebates print out at the register. This is a LTD-163, which means it is an Lite-On, definitely a plus! Here`s the detail and all the other stuff:
