I made an order with these monkeys a few months ago and have been very unsatisfied with them. Not only did they ship everything sperately after I specified to wait and ship it all at once to save shipping charges, but they took 2 weeks to fill the order, and then after telling me that they would refund the charges, I have yet to get anything on my credit card statement from them. The customer service rep said it would be charged on 7/17, but it never was, and they have quit responding to my emails. I didn't even nag them (which I probably should have), and had to resort to filing a claim with the credit card company. Today I get a letter from the credit card company with a photocopy of a letter from CDUNIVERSE saying that I was wrong because the items were shipped seperately, which goes back to my first complaint that I specified that it all be shipped together, and that they admitted that their shipping dept. was screwed up and they would refund the charges. So even though it's only $13, I hope these guys all burn in a firey wreck.
