$800 or less for a full computer system

I need help in finding a complete system for under $800. My friend needs it just for papers and internet. No gaming. So if anyone has any recommendations thanks.

1.44 FLoppy = $8
Case = $30

Leaves you with ~$280 to get monitor, KB, Mouse, and Speakers.

HPs at your local Walmart seem to be pretty cheap too.
