I was just looking through old receipts and I came across the one from Equal Footing for their batteries.
The order says 24 batteries per package, and $.43 per package, which is not per battery as they claimed.
I also looked up their terms of service which I copied when this deal was posted. It seems that the sellers and buyers are committed to buying and selling at the price agreed upon when the order is placed.
" Those who offer goods or services for sale over EqualFooting should sell the goods or
services they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise
them. Likewise, those who accept an offer should buy the goods or services specified, at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they are accepted."
This is one we were correct on and they lied to save their money.
Just thought it interesting...
