Anyone have any idea how to contact Microsoft for warranty service, like a phone number or something?

I have an broken Intellimouse explorer that refuses to work (it won't turn on) and I would like them to take care of it :) I've tried the MS support site, which was basically worthless and there's no contact info on the box...hmm...

Any help is appreciated!

Microsoft Support. Isn't that an oxymoron?

MS Support is a definite oxymoron :)

And Jeffbx, I found that page, but I was looking for a toll-free number, which a friend of my luckily had. Gonna give them a call today, but thanks anyway!
