Hotmail Problem

Does anybody have any idea why I get duplicate Hotmail emails using Outlook Express. I have checked all of the settings and everything looks fine. I have run out of ideas and I'm at wits end. They all show up in my Outlook Express inbox duplicated. Any ideas?

i get the same thing sometimes... i'm not sure what it is, but don't worry about it, doesn't do any harm, you just have to delete one of the copies :-)

After playing with Hotmail for about a week, I right clicked on the Inbox folder under Hotmail. I then put the cursor over the Sychronizaton settings and clicked on Don't Sychronize.I havn't had a duplicate message since. Don't know what I did but it seems to be working fine now. Found a bunch of other solutions on the net but this was the only one that stopped the agravating duplicate messages.
