Very nice Compaq laptop for a nice low price. The R3000Z is a widescreen laptop that has a 15" TFT . With the
basic equipment, it has an AMD Athlon XP-M 2800+ (1.60GHz), 256MB of DDR
SDRAM (in 1 SODIMM, so it`s easy and inexpensive to upgrade), 40GB hard drive,
free upgrade to a DVD/CD-RW combo drive and a 54g Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN, 10/100 NIC, 56k modem, IEEE1394 Firewire, three USB 2.0 ports.
