Update: Well... I bought it finally... Just can't resist such a great deal. Will have to find a good way to take care of my old 17".

According to buy.com this is a flat screen, but looking at NEC's website it doesn't say it is. It looks like the AS95F is the flat screen.

The AS95F is $10 more at BUY.COM than the DOTD at and it is a flat screen. Well worth the extra money...

Well, it only costs $10 more, but they charge $34 shipping. So it really costs about $44 more.

I called them and explained their claimed specifications vs those listed at NEC that the AS90 isn't a flat screen. They have no interest in fixing the description, in my opinion they just want to sell the things. I put them on warning, lets see if they correct it...

I had to go to another site: techbargains to find that it's the deal of the day. It does say $249 and free shipping. Today only.
