I love convection ovens. They cook so evenly and much quicker than a conventional oven. Convection oven works in a similar way, except they have a fan on the inside to circulate the hot air. This makes a world of difference as I have revived day-old french fries from the fridge to their normally crispy ways. They also work wonders with cold pizza, BBQ chicken wings, garlic bread, tater tots (tater tots rule, gosh!) and just about everything. Highly recommended for every kitchen. <ul>
