Yup correct i bought two after i bought mines he pulled all the pick up slips and was going to tell everyone they sold out, they are pretty nice fold up kind too...

for someone reason it was a miss print and mis priced in the POS-->point of sale...pick one up if you can..they retail for 99.99

OD = Office Depot....

I went there and they said they only had 2 in stock before and they sold them both this morning... my ass, I bet they just have a big box hiding in the back of them... Oh well, at least I tried...

So I managed to pick one of these keyboards up after much argument with the manager.. He claimed they had none left, that they sold all 3 this AM - so I decided to ask a regular employee a few hours later and he found it in the back for me.. haha... the manager had the reddest face.

Then, I called some other OD and they thought I was an employee at an OD for some reason.. So they go on to tell me that they pulled all the tickets and hid all their stocks to make sure no one could get any! Don't you just love these office stores?

I entered my local OD this morning as they opened at 7am, just looking for a fight. What lame excuse would they give me? The friendly (and attractive) salesperson came up and asked me if she could help. "I'm looking for the Palm keyboard that was advertised for $19.99". She looked me in the eyes and asked, "Why Palm do you have"? "A IIIe", I responded. Quickly she went to the back room, came out with a keyboard. She verified the number with the ad and rang it up for $19.99. No problemo at all. Now I'm off to eBay!

I tried to go to the OD and I picked up a tag for the keyboard but when I went to go get it they said they were all out. Hmmm but then I had them check other stores and they said the 3 closest stores were out in the area. Yea right. But one store had it but knew about the error and told them if I bought it would be regular priced. But since some of you have been successful in doing it I will try to find a gullible employee too today.

Went to my local OD this morning. The ad display up front had a letter from some suit saying the ad was wrong blah blah blah. Looks like the golden hour has passed.

yeah, I went to the Office Depot #803 in Sacramento today around 11AM between the Hwy. 50 and 65th Street and they had the printout in front correcting the misprint in the ad. I also checked at the Office Depot #814 down in San Diego near La Jolla and got the same negative results. Some out might try bringing the ad to OfficeMax, Staples, or CompUSA to try to pricematch for the heck of it?

A friend of mine got one for $19.99 @ an OD here in Atlanta just this afternoon. It rang up as $99.99, but they honored the ad. Pretty cool...
